  2. You need 1 tin of Evaporated Milk.
  3. Use 1/2 cup of Condensed Milk.
  4. Take 1 and 1/4 cup of blanched Almonds and Pistachios (in hot water soak both and when water is cooled down peel them and cut lengthwise).
  5. Take 1 and 1/2 cup of Vermicelli (break in small pcs).
  6. Provide of Sugar (as required).
  7. Get 1/2 tsp of Saffron Strands.
  8. Provide 1 tsp of Cardamon (fine powder).
  9. Prepare of few Currants and Raisins (i dont put them).

  1. Keep all milk on boil, add sugar, saffron and cardamon powder, once it's boiling. Lower heat and let it boil on slow heat. In a pan braise vermicelli in a teaspoon of ghee brown it up nicely then add in boiling milk, add nuts and boil for 2 minutes then remove from flame. Cover the sheerkhourma so cream is not formed make sure you left a little space to let air escape, not fully covered..
