  5. Provide 4 tbs of ground crayfish.
  6. Provide 10 g of chicken bouillon.

  8. Get Handful of dried bitter leaves (or spinach finely chopped).
  9. Provide 4 tbsp of olive oil.
  10. Get 500 ml of water.
  11. Take of Millet flour or cornmeal (for serving).

Instructions to make Melon stew:

  1. Pause the tomatoes and pepper in a blender until purée. Transfer to a pot on a stove top, cover and allow to cook until the water content is dried off..
  2. Heat up a pot, add oil,the cooked tomatoes and pepper mixture. Fry for about 5 minutes, add melon and continue frying for another 5 minutes, then add the crayfish and fry for 2 minutes..
  3. Add meat stock, water, chicken bouillon, 1/2 tsp salt, stir to combine and bring to a boil..
  4. Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 30minutes. Stir in dried bitter leaves (washed and cut into smaller sizes), cover and allow to simmer for additional 5 minutes. Serve with cornmeal or any choice of carb. Voila!.
