- Get 100 g of Roasted Hazelnuts.
- Take 200 g of Dates.
- Provide 100 g of Raisins.
- You need 1 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
- Provide 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Instructions to make Easy Hazelnut & Raisin Energy Balls:
- Take around half of the hazelnuts and blitz them in a food processor until they are in tiny pieces..
- Pit the 200g of dates and add them to the food processor. Add the 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1½ tablespoon of cocoa powder and around half of the raisins to the food processor as well..
- Blitz it all together until you have the start of a sticky mixture. If it's not quite sticky enough then add a few more dates..
- Add the rest of the hazelnuts and raisins and pulse it a few times to make sure it's all mixed together..
- Using your hands grab a small amount and roll it into a ball shape. Do the same until all of the mixture is used - it should give you around 16-18 energy balls..
- Put them in the fridge for an hour or so to set and then store them in an air-tight container in the fridge..
