  12. Gently flip with a spatula and cook the another side for 30 second.
  13. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking finished crepes on plate.
  14. From this batter you can make30- 40-crepes, depending on the thickness and diameter.
  15. Cool crepes on rack.
  16. Assemble ingredients for cream.
  17. Mix all ingredients in large bowl whipped cream with blender until light and fluffy.
  18. Time to assemble crepe cake.
  19. Place the first crepe layer on to your serving plate.
  20. Stack crepes on top of each other with whipped cream between each layer.
  21. Once assembled trim edges for a cleaner look.
  22. Cover the whole cake with cream.
