  1. Provide 500 gms of Lady finger /bhindi.
  2. Get 200 gms of Dahi.
  3. Use 2 tsp of Cumin powder.

  2. Then, in a bowl take curd,red chilli powder,cumin powder,salt, and mix them properly.Now add bhindi into this curd mixture.
  3. Now in the pan add mustard oil after it get properly heated add cumin seed 2tsp and crackle it for while..
  4. Now in it add all the curd bhindi mixture. Cook it properly in medium for 20 mins till oil leaves from all sides...
  5. Dahi bhindi is ready to serve..
