  2. Add a bit of olive oil, salt and black pepper and mix it well..
  3. Pre heat a pan in High. Add the pork bit by bit to avoid accumulating too much liquid in the pan. Cook it for a good time until cooked and it is golden brown..

  6. Turn the heat down to medium, cover the pan cook until the veggies are to your taste. Always mixing from time to time..
