- Clean and cut squid into small pieces and boil it by adding some water, salt and turmeric powder.
- MARINATION :Combine red chilli paste, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and salt. Add squid and marinate it for few minutes..

- Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and chopped onions and saute well..
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute well..

- Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well, till raw smell disappears..
- Add some chopped curry leaves and boiled squid pieces into it and combine well..
- Add grinded coconut mixture and salt as per your taste. Combine and cook for 5 minutes. Stuffing / Squid thoran is ready..
- Stuff the squid thoran inside the marinated squid. Heat a pan, add some oil (Add 1 or 2 tbspn oil) and sprinkle some chopped garlic..
- Fry the stuffed squid for about 7 minutes. After that make slits on the squid and serve it hot. Garnish with any sauce of your choice..
