- Provide 10-12 of Almonds.
- Provide tsp of Jaifal quater.

- Slice onion and fry until golden. blanch almonds.
- Make a paste of onion with yogurt and blanched almonds.
- Wash and soak poppy seeds then make a paste gring all dry masala..
- In pot add half oil add meat and ginger garlic paste fry for 2 min until meat changes colour Now add water and salt..cook until meat cook half done. dont dry yakhni completely..
- When meat done half take it out and in same pot add oil and 1 piece taiz ptta green cardamon few clove and black pepper pieces fry now add corrainder powder red chilli powder salt to taste with splash of water and bhoonofy gently. Grind all dry masala in powder form add in meat and bhoonofy with little water gently...
- Now add onion and yogurt blended mixture and poppy seed paste bhonofy well again. now add meat and left over yakhni and cook on low flame for 10 to 20 mins or until meat completely done and oil come on top.
- Serve with sheermal or roghni nan.
