- Prepare of Soya beans.
- You need of Lemon juice used as a coagulant.

- Prepare of Maggi.
- Take of Pepper.

Instructions to make Awara/ tofu:
- Soak your soya beans over the night.Drain and grind in a blender (add about 3cups of water while grinding).

- Pour the sieved milk into a bog pot. Boil the soy milk into a medium heat for 45minutes to an hour.stirring frequently because it can pour.

- Remove it from the cloth nd cut your awara into desired shape season with salt and maggi and Fry until it is golden brown.
