The ingredients needed to cook Curd rice:

  1. Provide 1 cup of cooked rice.
  2. Take 1 tbsp of ghee.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of curd whisked.
  4. Use 1/2 tsp of black mustard seeds.
  5. Use 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.
  6. You need 1 of green chilli.
  7. Provide to taste of Salt.
  8. Get 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
  9. Use 3-4 of curry leaves.

Instructions to make Curd rice:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilli. Saute for 10 seconds..
  2. Now, add rice and fry for 2 minutes. Then add whisked curd into rice and stir continuously for 2 minutes. Add salt and mix. (Stirring continuously is a must after adding curd otherwise the texture will not be smooth)..
  3. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves..
