Steps to make Upma:
- First roast the suji and keep aside,cut all vegetables ginger keep aside.
- Heat a deep khadhai pour oil mustard seeds let cracked,jeera,urad dal, chanaDal let it changes it colour then onion stir it till it becomes pink,then carrot,peas,corn,curry leaves, Ginger, green chillies, cashew nuts cook for 2 min.
- Then put roast suji stir it well add water mix it well add coriander leaves,salt and cook it till it becomes thick like upma then put ghee and mix it well ready to serve.
