  1. Heat cooking oil.

  3. When onions start to brown add paprika, BBQ spice and steak & chops spice.
  4. Then add pieces of beef.
  5. Cook for 30mins then add sweet chilli sauce.
  6. Cook for another 15mins then add brown onion soup diluted in a bit of water.
  7. Simmer for 3mins then stew is ready to serve..
