  1. Use 3 C of cut string beans.
  2. You need 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of finely chopped garlic.
  4. You need 1/2 tbsp of thinly julliened ginger.
  5. You need 1/2 of small brown onion- thinly sliced.
  6. Use 2 of bird eye chillies- bruised.
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

  9. Use 1 tsp of Chicken Seasoning powder.

  1. Cooking the beans - Heat 2 - 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a wok or deep sauce pan. Add garlic, onion, ginger and bird eye chillies. Sauté for few seconds and immediately add turmeric and KEEN'S Curry Powder. Sauté until aromatic then stir in beans. Cook on medium heat..
