- Wash & soak the nuggets in a boil with little bit of salt for 15 minutes.Then put them in the cooker & give 1 whistle. Let it cool down & put it in the stainer so that all the water rinse away..

- Now add red chilli powder,turmeric powder & salt,Saute for a second. Now add grinded tomatoes puree & cubed shaped capsicums..
- Cook till oil spreads from corners..
- After an hour,heat oil in a karahi & deep fry the nuggets till they become golden in colour. Take them out on a tissue paper so that excess oil is absorbed..
- Put the fried nuggets in the onion tomato gravy with 1 cup of water.cover it & cook on low flame till all the water is dissolved..
- Switch off the gas & serve hot as side dish or as starters..
