The ingredients needed to prepare Schezwan Rice:

  1. Provide 11/2 cup of boiled rice.
  2. Provide 3/4 cup of chopped mix.. carrot, capsicum and onion.
  3. Provide 2 tbsp of finely chopped spring onion greens.
  4. Get 2 tbsp of schezwan sauce.
  5. Use 1 tsp of soya sauce.
  6. Provide 2 tbsp of oil.

  1. In wok heat oil,add chopped carrot, capsicum and onion pieces. Saute for 5 mins..
  2. Add boiled rice, schezwan sauce and soya sauce, spring onion greens,salt if required. Mix gently..
