  1. You need of Squid.
  2. Prepare 4 of squid tubes (3-5 inches long).
  3. You need of Marinating.
  4. Use 3 tbsp of dark soy sauce.
  5. Take 2 tbsp of chilli vinegar or distilled vinegar.
  6. Use of salt.
  7. You need of Stuffing.
  8. Provide 100 grams of shrimps (deveined).
  9. You need 1 of handful of sweet corn.
  10. Get 4 of garlic cloves.
  11. Use 1/3 of bell pepper.
  12. Get 1/3 of carrot.
  13. You need 1 of large scallions.
  14. Use 3 of fresh green chilli.
  15. You need 1/2 of tomato.
  16. Prepare of salt.
  17. You need 1/3 tsp of black pepper.
  18. You need 1/3 tsp of coriander powder.
  19. Provide of Kitchen tool.
  20. Take 4 of bamboo skewers or tooth pick.

Steps to make Stuffed squid:

  1. ~For marinating the squid: - In a bowl mix the ingredients and marinate for an hour or two. ~For stuffing: Finely chop all the veggies, deveined the shrimp and season with ⅓ tbs coriander powder, ⅓tbs black pepper, a pinch of salt. Keep aside..
  2. ~For preparing the stuffing: -heat little oil in pan, saute the crushed garlic for few seconds, add shrimp to it saute a couple of minutes and add sweet corn. Add the rest of the vegetables and saute for 5-7 minutes..
  3. ~For Stuffing: -fill each squid tube with the stuffing and secure it with a tooth pick or a bamboo skewer. -heat generous amount of oil in pan and pan fry the stuffed squid tubes or deep fry until light golden brown. (Do not overcook) takes about 5-10minutes.
  4. Garnish with parsley or spring onions. Dip with your favorite sauce. Enjoy ^^.
