- Provide 1 cup of gram flour(besan).
- You need 1 bunch of finely chopped spring Onion.
- You need 2-3 of finely chopped green chillies.

- Take 1 tsp of carom seeds.
- Get 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

- Use As needed of water.

- Provide 3 cup of Oil for frying.

- In a mixing bowl take besan, add chopped spring Onions (leaves and onions both)..
- Add chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves and chopped garlic cloves.
- Add all masalas - Red Chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds and salt.
- Add rice flour.
- Now add water to get pakoda batter consistency..
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Deep fry Bhajiya on high - medium flame till they are cooked properly and become crunchy..
- Take all Bhajiya on tissue paper. Serve hot with Paav.
