- Prepare 350 gm of beef under cut.
- You need 3-4 cloves of Chopped garlic.
- Take 1 tbsp of Chopped ginger.
- You need 2 tbsp of Yellow papaya with skin (paste).

- Get 1 tsp of Musturd paste.
- Provide 1 tsp of Black pepper.
- Get 2 tbsp of Soya sauce.

- Combine steak, garlic, salt, papaya, ginger, pepper and sauce. Mix well..
- Add musturd paste and mix again..
- Leave to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes. DO NOT LEAVE FOR LONG!.
- Take a frying pan or a grill pan and grease it with some oil..
- Place steak on the preheated pan and cook on low heat to give them color. DO NOT OVER COOK!.
- When steak are ready keep them aside!.
- Place steak on a plate and serve immediately with mashed potaotes if you want to!.
