  2. Use of Leafy Spinach frozen chunks.
  3. You need of Halal lamb meat.

  5. Get of Fresh Tomatoes(optional).
  6. Take of Cooking oil.

Prep the veg: semi thaw the frozen spinach and then chop chop it up until smaller pieces..you can make this in 2 different methods.you can start cooking meat first by adding water enof to cook kale in same pot kale...but then the kale needs to cook much longer then spinach so the following method can apply inorder for kale to cook first..
  2. ..then add abit of water enof to just cover the kale boil the curly kale until soft..then can use the water(or coconut water cream) to cook the meat..add choped onions until meat is half cooked or so..add fresh lemon juice,then add abit of cookin oil then now add the spinach..cook spinach.then at the end add the curly kale(note that,the fresh tomatoes is optional).
