  1. You need 200 gm of Soya chunks.
  2. Provide 1 tbsp of cornflour.
  3. Provide 2 tbsp of plain flour.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Garam masala.
  6. Provide 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  7. Take 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  8. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  9. Use of Oil to fry.

Steps to make Soya 65:

  1. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes. Drain the water and squeeze out all the water from soya chunks. Mix all the ingredients with soya chunks. Sprinkle water only if necessary. Deep fry in oil. Frying for longer period makes very hard. Take it out from oil once the bubbles disappear. Refer the photo below. Serve with a lemon wedge and fresh red onion rings. Yummm!!!.
