  1. Mash together the egg and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise until it is your desired consistency. Season with a little white pepper, you can add salt, but I find mayo is usually salty enough..
  2. Toast your bread..
  3. Lay your first slice on a plate, then lay on the tomato slices..
  4. Follow this with the mashed avocado, then lay on your bacon slices..
  5. Spread the other half a tablespoon of mayo on the next slice of toasted bread, then place face down on top of the bacon..
  6. On top of this piece of bread lay your lettuce, then put your egg on top of that (you may not get it all on, depending on the size of your bread).
  7. Place the last slice if bread on top, press down then cut the sandwich in half..
