The ingredients needed to prepare Protein Bites:
- Provide 100 g of pecan nuts.
- You need 50 g of raisins.
- Prepare 50 g of dried cranberries.
- You need 50 g of desiccated coconut and some to roll bites in.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of agave syrup.
- Provide 2 tbsp of peanut butter.
- Use 100 g of sunflower seeds.
Instructions to make Protein Bites:
- These are very easy to make and they are non bake.
- You have to put the nuts in a blender and blend till they become smooth.
- Then i used a manual food grinder to grind the raisins and cranberries and sunflower seeds..
- Then mix all this with the coconut and syrup into small balls. Then roll these in the remaining coconut powder and put them in the fridge.....enjoy!!!.
