- Get 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need of Few clover of garlic.
- Use 1 of tomato.
- Get of red onion,1 medium size.
- Provide of lemon juice.

- Get 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.

- Heat oil (two tbsp) in a pan add chopped onion, garlic,tomato.
- Add salt, cover and cook till tomato become soft and mushy.
- Make a paste of dry spices with water,add this spice paste,mix everything well cook for 5min in low heat.
- Add less then 1/2 cup water mix again.
- Cook for 10 min in medium to low heat.
- When oil separates from spices it’s cooked add lemon juice n sugar,copped coriander will give nice flavour to the vorta.
