  1. Prepare 1 cup of rice, soaked.
  2. Use 2 cup of water.
  3. Get 2 cup of thick curd.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of boiled milk (optional).

  6. Provide 1-2 of greenchilli, chopped.
  7. Take 1 tsp of ginger, chopped.

  11. You need 1 tsp of ginger, chopped.
  12. Provide 8-10 of curry leaves.
  13. You need 1 tsp of urad dal.
  14. Get 1/2 tsp of sesame seeds.
  15. You need 1 tbsp of Pomegranate kernels.
  16. Prepare of Coriander leaves & boondi for Garnishing (optional).
  17. Take 1/2 tbsp of ghee/ oil.

Instructions to make Curd Rice:

  1. Firstly, wash and soaked rice for 20 minutes. Now take pressure cooker add rice and water cook for 4-5 whistle, Flame off, cold down the cooked rice..
  2. Now mash the cooked rice well and add curd, milk and salt add coriender leaves, green chili, ginger mix well..
  3. Heat oil, add mustard seeds allow to splutter. Now add urad dal and fry till golden..
  4. Add ginger and fry 2 min, curry leaves, sesame seeds stir well..
  5. Pour this tadka over curd rice. Add pomegranate, boondi and coriander leaves mix well..
