  16. Provide 1/2 tsp of vinegar.
  17. Take of Salt as per taste.
  18. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  19. Provide as needed of Spring onion greens for garnishing.
  20. Use as required of Cottage cheese for garnishing.

Steps to make Cheese chilli:

  1. Cut onion in to round slices,capsicum juliens.
  2. In a kadai add oil,ginger darlic pasre and saute for 10 sec add onion,capsicum and cook for 5 min at high flame.
  3. Make a flowing batter for cheese.
  4. Cut in to cubes cheese sprinkle some salt and red chilli.
  5. Deep fry the cheese cubes.
  6. Add all the sauces.
  7. Mix fried cheese pieces.
  8. At last add vinegar. garnish with cheese and spring onion greens and serve hot and tasty cheese chilli.
