  1. Get 2 glass of Soya milk.
  2. Use 10 pieces of dates.
  3. You need 3 of small bananas.
  4. Get 1/4 tbsp. of cinnamon powder (optional).
  5. Get of Soy whipped cream (optional).

  1. Freeze the bananas for few hours..
  2. Deseed the dates and chop them.
  3. Chop the bananas in the frozen stage..
  4. In a blender add the Milk, chopped Bananas, chopped Dates and half the quantity of cinnamon powered. Blend it well to smooth paste..
  5. Pour in glass, garnish with whipping cream and dates..
