  1. In a mixer jar add green chilli, ginger and spinach grind it into fine paste...
  2. In a mixing bowl add semolina, curd, salt and spinach paste add water if required and prepare paste like idli batter keep for 10min check if required water add and mix it well then add pinch of eno mix well.
  3. Transfer in greased idli stand cook for 10min in a low flame once cool down unmould it and it's ready to serve with chutney.. i had it with ketchup😋.
