- Prepare 2-3 of chopped dried red chilli.
- Provide 1 inch of sliced ginger.
- Take 8-10 cloves of garlic.
- Use 1 of roughly chopped onion (square shape).
- Get 1 of roughly chopped capsicum (square shape).
- Use 2-3 of string spring onion.
- Get 1.5 Tsp of Soya sauce.
- You need 1 Tsp of green chilli sauce.
- Get 1 Tsp of red chilli sauce.

- In a bowling water add some salt. Now add soya chunks,mix them well and boil them for 3-4 minutes. After 4 minutes,strain the water out & let them cool down. Once cold enough,squeeze the water out. Now add ginger garlic paste. Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder..

- In a hot pan, take 2-3 Tbsp oil, add green and red chillies,sliced ginger and garlic. Sauté well, add onion, capsicum,green onion and sauté well(we have to use the veggie semi cooked). Now add Soya sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, mix and sauté for a while. Now add 1/4 cup of water. You can also add little to tomato at this point if you want. Let it come to boil.
