Instructions to make Curd Chicken:

  1. Marinate Chicken adding all the above ingrediants for 3hrs or overnight.
  2. In a kadai, add 3tbsp oil and heat it slightly.
  3. Add in the marinade.
  4. Cover the kadai with foil paper and then with a lid.
  5. Let it cook for 20 to 25 mins on low flame.
  6. Uncover only after 20 to 25mins.
  7. Now heat a pan and place the kadai on it and cook for another 5min on low flame (you can also give coal effect).
  8. Ready to serve.
