- Provide 250 gms of Chana dal.
- You need 250 gms of Maida.
- Prepare 50-60 gms of Rava.
- Use 3 tsp of Oil.

- Use 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.

- Take 1-2 tsp of Lemon juice.

Instructions to make Dal Pakwan 😋:
- For Dal: Soak Chana dal for 10mins approx and boil them by adding salt and turmeric powder and give 6-7 whistles..
- Now take a pan heat by adding 1.5tsp oil after that add Cumin seeds..
- Now add chopped onion and tomatoes and saute for 2-3 minutes now add all spices to it..
- After sauting them for another 2-3 minutes add boiled dal to the pan add some water and then cover the lid and boil them for 5-7mins and check them whether its properly cooked..
- Lastly add lemon juice and coriander leaves..
- For Pakwan :Take Maida add rava, salt, black pepper powder, Cumin seeds, oil and water to the flour and bind a semi soft dough..
- Rest the dough for 15-20 mins..
- Now roll medium size thin Puri and prick with fork and deep fry them..
- Now the Pakwan are ready.
- Assemble the Pakwan by placing dal first then all chutneys- green coriander mint chutney, tamarind dates chutney and garlic tomato chutney after that onion tomatoes salsa salad, and lastly farsan besan sev.
