  2. In a mixing bowl take wheat flour,add salt and ghee.mix well then add spinach paste and knead it. Add water as required to make a semi soft dough.cover and keep it for 10 minutes to rest..
  3. Now make the lemon size balls from the dough.roll it like puri.heat oil in a kadhai.put puris in the hot oil and fry puris on high flame.
  4. Serve the spinach puris with curd and chutney.
