  2. Use of Olive oil.

  1. Wash octopus. Chop off the tentacles. Save the head and body to make a lovely stock for any fish recipe. Bring a pot of water to the boil. Gently dip the tentacles into and out of the water 3-4 times. then leave in and simmer on low for 15 mins. Switch off and leave them in the water for at least 30 mins.
  2. After 30 mins, transfer to a plate. Make a dressing of olive oil, parsley and lemon. Drizzle all over the octopus and leave to marinate for an hour in the fridge.
  3. Heat up a griddle pan. When nice and hot, at least medium to high heat, cook for 4-5 minutes each side, no more. Serve with salad and lemon 😄😄😄😄.
