- Get 300 gms of urad dal.
- Provide 2 of green chillies.
- Prepare 3 of Ice cubes.
- You need as per taste of salt.
- Use 4 cups of curd.

- Get Few of curry leaves.
- Use pinch of Hing or asafoetida.
Instructions to make Curd vada:
- 300gm Urad dal Soak 2 hours. Drain add the urad dal in a grinder jar add green chilli Grind coarsely first.
- Then add 3 ice cubes grind to smooth fluffy batter.
- Non sticky If batter medium thick consistency Add salt whisk 2mins... Take small position then make a hole in the center with a thumb.
- Heat oil fry until golden brown And crispy... Add the vadas in warm water and them soak for 3mints....
- Place them in serving tray... Add salt beat curd until smooth and creamy, Add tempering mustard urad dal curry leaves mix well.
- Pour the tempered curd on the vadas If keeping for 3 to 4hrs after serve.
