- Take maida in pot add water and make dough for momos.keep aside. Heat oil in pan put ginger garlic paste add onion and cook little add chopped capsicum,carrot, cabbage mix add salt,chilli powder, sauce cook little remove from heat.let it cool.
- Take little dough and roll out small round. Keep little mix veg filling apply little water on side fold from sided and make like potly. Same way make all momos. Boil water in pot and keep momos on stainer and steam for 5-10 mnts remove and keep aside..
- Take another pot and boil the noodles.cook till 3/4. Remove stain rinse under cold water. Spread the noodles till cool. Sprinkle cornflour on noodles. Heat oil in pan put little noodles and fry them till crispy. Fry all noodles. Keep aside. Heat little oil in pan add ginger garlic paste and sliced onion cook little add sliced cabbage, capsicum,carrot mix cook on high flame add salt and pepper mix remove..
