- Take 2 of eggs.
- Prepare of Panko bread crumbs.
- Take of Flour.
- You need of Spice of choice.
- Provide of Sriracha.
- Prepare of Milk / water for egg wash.
- You need of Mozzarella cheese or any kind of shredded cheese.
- Get of Egg wash.
- Use of Eggs a splash of milk a Squeeze or two Siriacha sauce mix well for something more hotter use more siriacha.

- Make egg wash.
- Place some flour in a bowl or plate, do the same with the Pakno.
- Mix in spices with Pakno and cheese.(I didn’t have any cheese I used grated Parmesan, when making this Batch).
- Take mushroom one at a time, coat with flour, then egg wash, then Pakno mixture, set in air fryer..
- Spray all of them with olive oil cooking spray..
- Air fry to your liking (400 for 15-20 mins) I moved them around about 3 different times I had big ones and didn’t want them to burn..
