That just one flight of stairs—when taken a handful of times a day—can be just the additional boost that your system needs.

There are a whole lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. An expensive gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done every single day, can do plenty to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Getting as much exercise as you possibly can is another factor. Don't ignore that health isn't only about how much you weigh. You want your body to be powerful too.

The ingredients needed to cook Simple Sponge Cake:

  1. You need 175 g of self-raising flour.
  2. You need 1 tsp of baking powder.
  3. Get 175 g of soften butter.
  4. Get 100 g of caster sugar.
  5. Get 75 g of light brown sugar.
  6. You need 3 of eggs.
  7. Provide 1 tsp of vanilla essence.
  8. Use 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp of cold water.

Steps to make Simple Sponge Cake:

  1. Heat an oven to 180c..
  2. Grease a round spring form tin with butter. This stops the sponge from sticking to the tin..
  3. Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all together until combined..
  4. Add the mixture to the greased tin and transfer to the oven. Bake for 25-40 minutes. My oven isn't great so took roughly 40 minutes to bake through. I pricked it with a cocktail stick from around 25 minutes onwards every five minutes or so to make sure it was baked through and that I didn't over cook it..
  5. Allow to cool in the tin for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack..
  6. Allow to completely cool before cutting in half, add any filling you like. I used a sweet egg mixture (see link for recipe below). Decorate the top of the cake and sides with the same mixture. Decorate the top of the cake how you prefer. I just used chocolate chips for the top of this cake..
