- Use 150 grams of soya chunks.
- Get 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

- Get 2 tsp of red chilli powder.

- Prepare 1 pinch of turmeric powder.
- Use 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Get 2 tsp of chicken 65 Masala powder.
- Use 2 tsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare few of curry leaves.
- Get 1 pinch of orange food color (optional).
- Use 2 tbsp of corn flour.
- You need 1.5 tbsp of rice flour.
- You need 1 tbsp of besan flour.

- In a bowl keep hot water, soak the soya chunks for 30 minutes. Now it will double in size. Wash it completely 3 to 4 times with water to remove the smell of it. And squeeze the chunks as much as you can..
- Take a big bowl add the dry soya chunks. Add salt & all the masala powders one by one..
- Add lemon juice, corn flour, besan, rice flour, ginger garlic paste and bind them well. Let this rest for 15 minutes..
- Keep oil for frying and start frying in a batch until you get nice golden brown colour. Transfer them on to a paper towel to absorb excess oil completely..
- Serve this hot soya 65 with ketchup or chilli sauce or with mint chutney..
