- Prepare 500 g (1.2 lb) of all purpose flour sifted.

- Take 1 of egg and 1 egg yolk.
- Take 200 ml of milk(1 cup).
- Use 100 ml of soured cream (0.42 cup).
- You need 80 g of butter(2.8 oz).
- Take 7 g of dry yeast or 25 g fresh.

- Dissolve yeast and 1 tbsp of honey in lukewarm milk,yeast should bubble up in about 7-10 minutes.
