The ingredients needed to cook Liver, Bacon and Greens:

  1. Provide 400 Grams of Lamb Liver.
  2. Provide 6-8 Rashers of Smoked Bacon.
  3. Provide 200 Grams of Chopped Spring Greens.
  4. Prepare 2 of large Onions.
  5. Provide 1 of Whole Bulb of Garlic.
  6. Get 3-4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil.
  7. Take 2 of medium Green Sweet Peppers.
  8. Get 1 of Medium Tin of Chopped Tomatoes.
  9. Get 2 of Lamb Stock Cubes(optional).

Instructions to make Liver, Bacon and Greens:

  1. Put the chopped onions, crushed garlic and oil in a large saucepan. Cook gently until the mix just starts to go golden brown..
  2. Chop up bacon into bite sized pieces and add to the mix..
  3. While the Bacon and mix is cooking, cut the Liver into bite size pieces, also the green Pepper, add to mix and give a good stir..
  4. Tip in the can of chopped Tomatoes, stir well. Add stock cubes, if using. Keep heating gently..
  5. Cook until all ingredients are cooked through. Serve hot with potatoes or bread, enjoy!!!.
