  1. Take 6 cups of flour.
  2. Use 2 of spir Onion.
  3. You need of Black pepper.
  4. Use 2 pc of carrot.
  5. Prepare of Irish potatoes (optional).

  8. Take 1/2 of carbage.

  1. Wash and slice the carrot, spir onion, green pepper and carbage keep aside with the cook minced meat to cool.

  3. Mix the flour in a bowl with pinch of salt and water don't allow it to be too watery, put two full spoon of oil in the pan using your brush to spread it on the pan once it brown a little you bring it out..
  4. Form the shape and begin to fill in the mix ingredients for deep frying.after wraping the quatity you want you start to fry it once it turns brown is good to go.
  5. I did the same thing for the spring roll but I did not add Irish potatoes in it when wraping it.
  6. The taste is so yummy 😍.
