- Prepare 5 of medium sized scotch bonnet.
- Provide 3 of red bell peppers.
- You need 3 of medium sized onions.
- Get 6-7 of garlic.
- Provide of Seasonings of your choice.

Steps to make Spinach sauce:
- Crush your garlic, scotch bonnet and red bell peppers and slice onions.
- Please don't use water in blending the red bell peppers and scotch bonnet😫😫PLEASE!!.
- Place a pot on fire and add liltle amount of oil,add garlic and little onions and saute for about four minutes.
- Add the crush mixture and stir occasionally Keep stirring until you perceive the sweet smell of the mixture.
- Add seasonings and stir,at this step we add the sliced onions and stir.
- Add the steam spinach and cook for about two minutes then take of the heat and serve.
- Note:1. steaming spinach makes it to maintain its green colour and will take time when cooking.
- 2. Leaving your spinach to cook long makes it to looks bad and it will not attract people. TAKE NOTE.
