  1. Prepare 450 g of Hake Medallions or Hake fillets.
  2. You need 1 of medium onion grated.
  3. Prepare 1 of big tomato grated.

  16. Take 1 tsp of Paprika.
  17. You need 1-2 of whole green chillies.
  18. Use to taste of Salt.
  19. Take 3-4 tbs of oil.
  20. Get 1 tbs of ghee.
  21. Provide of Garnish with chopped coriander and spring onions.

Steps to make Masala Fish:

  1. Fry onions with curry leaves and whole spices - mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, whole green chilies - with oil and ghee until golden in colour.
  2. Add grated tomato, tomato paste and all the spices - red masala, dhania powder, jeeru powder, fish spice, turmeric, paprika, salt. Mix well.
  3. Cook until you get a nice thick Chutney and oil starts to come to the top..
  4. Add the fish to the pot and cook on low heat until the fish is cooked. Turning gently so as not to break the fish.
  5. Garnish with chopped greens - coriander and spring onions. Serve with rotis..
