  1. Ingredients.
  2. Cover lentils with water 3 cups of water - 1 cup dried lentils. and cook. Once lentils are cooked you need to whisk it so its broken down nicely.

  8. When the lentils are cooked check the water consistency as it needs to be a little runny. Takes 15 - 20 minutes to cook on boiling and blended.
  9. This is called Tempering. Add the ghee butter to the wok when its hot add the garlic, chilli. Mustard seeds. Corriander seeds.
  10. Add the lentil mush quickly and mix in and then add the tumeric..
  11. Serve hot with Basmatti rice or any other foods as a an acompanyment.
