  2. Doodh dal kar dough ko zra sakht goondh lain or 15 minutes rest Dein dain.
  3. Hath par ghee laga kar dough ko bail lain 1/4 thick or cookie cutter sy kaat lain..
  4. Ab ghee garam karen or medium low aanch pay fry kar lain. Crispy ho jaen tou tyar hain..
  5. Thandi honay par 1 week tak air tight jar mein dal kar rakhen..
