Take a wok add 3 tbsp oil heat it.then add cumin seeds,cinnamon stick,bay leaf and clove.saute few seconds then add chopped onion.cook untill they turn golden brown add ginger garlic paste saute one minute then add red chilli, turmeric and Coriander powder.saute,add chopped tomatoes, salt as per taste then cook untill the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.add little water.cook for 3-4 minutes.stir occasionally.cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.turn off the flame..
  3. Meanwhile the gravy has cooked take a pan add 1 tbsp oil add pinch of turmeric powder and red chilli powder.add boil eggs and saute 2-3 minutes.transfer the eggs in a plate cut into half. pour the gravy in bowl arrange fry eggs in gravy serve with roti or rice..
