- For making baati dough=knead dough fist mix all ingredients nicely add gree and keep rest for greasing the baati now Knead hard dough then that of chapathi keep it dough aside for 1/2hour of rest.

- Make stuffing baati=Knead the dough again now divide dough in to small balls for making baati stuff the baati take one ball and with help of fingers flatten it fill it with one spoon stuffing seal it from all sides roll it a round shape make all baatis.
- Preheat the oven at 200 degree place baati in oven for baking sat at 200 degree for 15 mins take out the baati from oven now baati is ready.
