  1. First of all,take 1 cup soya chunks...soak them in hot water with a little bit salt for 20 minutes...after 20-25 minutes strain them out from the water and squeeze well so that there is no extra water in the soya chunks...
  2. Ingredients for marination...2 spoon cornflour...2 spoon maida...1 TSP kali mirch powder..salt as per taste... In a bowl take the soya chunks..add all the marination ingredients and mix it well...don't add water.
  3. Heat oil in a pan,once hot...add 10 - 12 soya chunks at a tym in oil..and deep fry it...till it reaches to golden crispy texture.
  4. Ingredients for chilli gravy::::. 1/2 cup tomato sauce..2 tsp soya sauce... chopped onion..garlic..ginger..green chillies..beans.. capsicum... coriander leaves...salt.
  5. Heat oil in a pan...add chopped garlic...then ginger...then onion, capsicum,beans, chillies,..fry it for 2-3 minutes...after that add,all sauces...and then add the mixture cornflour and water...stir it well for 3-4 minutes...add little bit salt..and sugar.
  6. Now add soya chunks into the gravy..mix well...add 1 spoon sechwanchutney if you need some spicy flavour too..mix it again...then add chopped coriander leaves...
  7. Serve it with rice..pulao or with roti.
