- Provide 1 bunch of spinach.
- You need 2 of onions.
- Get 2 of tomatoes.
- You need 1-2 of green chillies finely chopped.

- Prepare 1/4 tsp of haldi/Turmeric powder.

- Wash and finely chop the spinach..
- In a pan take 1 tbsp oil and saute the spinach for 4-5 mins on low flame and remove and keep aside..
- In the same pan take oil and add hing, meera, grated ginger and chopped onions and saute till colour changes..
- Add finely chopped tomatoes, hali powder,jeera powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to taste and mix well and cover and cook on low flame till tomatoes are soft..
- Add spinach and malai and mix well and cook for 5-7 mins. Oil will start releasing. Off the gas and serve hot with Roti Or Paratha..
