- Now add red chilli powder, chaat masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, curry leaves and coriander leaves..
- And at that time add rice flour in mixture and mix well..
- Mixture is ready for nuggets, now we take small size of mixture and given to shape of balls.Ready to all nuggets in same way and sprinkle rice flour on top of nuggets..
- Now heat a pan and add oil for fry nuggets, and fry to all nuggets in medium-low flame for golden brown colour. Soya nuggets is ready for the serve..
