- Get 4-5 pcs of Masale (cardomom, clove, jeera, tej patta etc.).

- Now take a lid pan & heat some oil & layer rice first than add vegetable mix than again layer of rice on top add more ghee on top &cover with lid & cook on low heat for 10 to 15 min..
